American Friends of the Louvre and the Directors of Christie’s had the pleasure to invite AFL patrons to a reception and lecture on Ancient Arms and Armour by Lillian Bartlett Stoner, award-winning American scholar of Classical Antiquity, and Christian Levett, collector and founder of Mougins Museum of Classical Art, to celebrate the finest collection of ancient arms and armour to be an auctioned in a generation.
