Dinner in Los Angeles

On November 7, Shirin and Kourosh Akhtarzad welcomed AFL members and friends to their home in Los Angeles for a delicious Persian buffet dinner. The evening was co-hosted with American Friends of the Louvre and the Ritz Paris.  Colin Field, Head Bartender at the hotel’s Bar Hemingway delighted guests with his signature cocktails throughout the evening.  Kip Forbes spoke to the group about the mission of American Friends of the Louvre and the important grants it has made to support the museum’s incomparable collections and education programs for the public.
