JR Private Studio Visit

French artist JR opened the doors to his private Manhattan studio for an exclusive visit with members and friends of AFL. Completed last August after years of renovation, the studio is both a creative playground and a central hub for JR’s social projects.

JR personally led the visit and tour, and offered an intimate look into his artistic practice and several recent projects, all while engaging in conversations around the power of art to create bridges and bring communities together.

JR also shared more about Can Art Change the World?, his nonprofit organization which supports global art programs using creativity as a catalyst for dialogue, education, and social impact.
