AFL Welcomes New Board Members
Earlier this year, Vladimir Jean-Fritzner Galiothe, Jake Lewtan, and Nesrine Methlouthi were all voted onto the Board of Directors with the latter two serving as the new Young Patron representatives to the Board.
Vladimir Jean-Fritzner Galiothe was born in Haiti before immigrating to the U.S. when he was three years old. Despite being raised in a household where his parents spoke English, Haitian Creole, and French, it wasn’t until he attended the Lycée Franco Americain, San Francisco, that Vladimir studied the French language. His high school experience provided him with an International Baccalaureate diploma, and an opportunity to study abroad in both Paris and Tahiti. After graduating from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania, Vladimir has spent the last 23 years working for Citibank, where he currently serves as a Managing Director.
Nesrine Methlouthi is the Chief of Staff to the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors at BNP Paribas USA. She joined BNP Paribas Inspection Générale in 2014 before moving to the CIB Americas platform in 2017. Prior to joining BNP Paribas, Nesrine spent over five years at PwC Paris. Nesrine received degrees from Dauphine University in Paris and HEC in Tunisia. Jake Lewtan is a leader in Deloitte’s Audit and Assurance practice, where he focuses on advising companies in the blockchain and digital assets ecosystem. During his undergraduate studies at Bryant University, he was heavily involved in student government, serving as the Chairman of the Ways and Means Committee and Executive Director of the Bryant chapter of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization.
