Olivier Gabet Majolica Publication
American Friends of the Louvre supported the publication of a catalogue by Olivier Gabet, Director of the Department of Decorative Arts at the Louvre Museum, on Majolica ceramics in the Louvre’s collection. This important scholarly work is providing an in-depth exploration of the museum’s remarkable collection of Renaissance Italian ceramics, offering new insights into their history, craftsmanship, and cultural significance.
